Yes, the exclusivity remains with the owner. In agreement with the team, it is possible to block calendar dates!

Is the tourist regularly registered?

Will I have access to the calendar and messages?

Sure! The collaboration will be as transparent as possible. The host will be the owner of the listing and will have access to all data, numbers, messages

I already rent out my property for the long-term. Should I run a short-term rental instead?

Does the collaboration involve fixed costs?

Can I take my property back?

Unlike what often happens in these cases, We Are Co-Host does not ask for the exclusivity of the property. It means that the owner has the right to block the calendar at any time in agreement with his Co-Host (provided that the action does not affect the workflow).

How do I know who’s renting my house?

The short term rental is managed by reliable and assured OTA systems that check all guests before each booking. So we’ll always know who the next guest will be.
